These 3 M's has always been the keywords for Nowapara Jute Mills Limited and never compromised with the capability and dedication of its Men. It posses an enviable management team with roots originating from the early years of the twentieth century.

Corporate Head Office
	Located in Dhaka's newest commercial area, is the core seat of management with the Managing Director and the Directors. Linked with factories with extensive cellular networks, 12 hour express delivery, fax, data and voice transfer serves as the backbone of "Management Information System". These information are compiled using customized software maintained in the computer networks of the Head Office.

There are also two Production Managers, having vast experience and excellent track records, heading each of the two factories. They are reporting directly to the General Manager while many highly skilled officers are working under them towards achievement of the company's goal.
"Product Monitoring Cell" is a dedicated division in the Head Office with technical persons, who served other mills in senior level post like General Manger, engaged in compiling daily reports for action of the Managing Director and the Directors. In fact, this Cell works more like a parallel checking system to ensure quality and process of the factories.
"Quality Control Department" is headed by a Manager but reports directly to the Managing Director.
"Security Department" is equipped with hi-tech CCTV and time-lapse recorders that can record up to one full year's of activities at the sensitive locations of the factories.
"Mechanical Workshop" is self-sustained and equipped with full service Blast Furnace and Casting machines and qualified engineers work round the clock. Many modern machines are designed and manufactured here and are running in the factories.
"Electric Department" is also complete with 2 hi-tech diesel power generators capable of generating 800 KVA of electricity that keeps more than 50% of the factory running in the blackout days. Installation of another 600 KVA generator is underway to make the factory self-sustained in power.
