Nowapara Jute Mills Limited also follow under mentioned routines to meet the requirement of ISO and maintain quality of the products: ISO internal audit team inspects the concern departments in the last week of every two months and reports to the authority of any non-conformity of the predefined parameters. Each and every lot of finished goods are surveyed before shipment by internal 'Counter Survey Team' comprising of non-production people. Shipments are effected only on having this PSI clean and in conformity. A review meeting with the Managing Director and/or Directors in the chair, is held in every four months to evaluate performance, budget comparison, raw material and customer satisfaction. This is an addition to monthly review meetings chaired by the General Manager. Orion Registrar Inc., USA audit team audits every year to detect any variation from the norms of ISO. Managing Director and the Directors visit the factory regularly to check activities and quality themselves.
